Terms of Service — E.N.D

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the E.N.D Discord bot (the "Bot"). By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, remove the Bot from your server and stop using it.

1. The service

E.N.D is a multipurpose Discord bot: moderation and auto-moderation, event logging, leveling, tickets, giveaways, temporary voice channels, welcome messages, polls, confessions, activity statistics and related features. The Bot is provided free of charge.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times;
• not use the Bot to harass, defame, threaten or harm anyone, or to distribute illegal content;
• not attempt to abuse, overload, exploit or reverse-engineer the Bot, bypass its rate limits or automod, or use it to spam;
• only configure the Bot on servers where you have the authority to do so.

Server administrators are responsible for how they configure the Bot (moderation rules, sanctions, automod filters, logged events) and for informing their members where required.

3. Availability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. There is no guarantee of uptime, of data preservation, or that any feature will keep working or remain free. Features may change or be removed at any time.

4. Termination

We may block a user or a server from using the Bot at any time, in particular in case of abuse. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot's operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Bot, including loss of data (messages, configuration, XP, transcripts) or the actions of the moderation features as configured by server administrators.

6. Data

The data the Bot stores and why is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the new Terms.
